The system also requires a Linux-based web server which runs the PHP program for the operations and MySQL or PostgreSQL for the database processing.        The realization of RPMS will be a breakthrough in the maintenance division of the DOR in which decisions of getting the right maintence work schedules are carried out with the aid of a computerized system that will eventually hasten the work in just a click of a button. But before the actualization, hardwork must be done in the data collection for the database entry which is the most tedious part.
