Making short film videos can be really fun. It digs out all the creativity, patience, and the technical inputs in you. You can see samples of a variety of short films or videos ranging from topics A to Z on Youtube to get an idea. One very interesting short video about life, love, heartache, mortal kombat fatalities, and also about applying to Kettering University was posted on Youtube. It’s entitled “How Stickgirl Convinced Stickman to Apply” and it’s just really cool because stickman and stickgirl were both playing a computer game when stickgirl later realizes that stickman was not in the best of his moods and that his mind wasn’t in the game at all.
The story was delightful because stickman was so worried about the next school term and that hasn’t yet started his application process. Stickgirl immediately hinted him to apply to Kettering University where the application procedure was very easy—just visit Kettering’s website and apply online. Stickman only needs to answer three questions and it’s all done. The video was cleverly made, short but the delivery of the message was concise and precise. That could be a good sample to start with your own short film-making project. Stickgirl was right about suggesting Kettering University to stickman because the US News and World Reports ranked Kettering U as “The No. 1 University in the nation for Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering” according to its annual “America’s Best Colleges Guide for 2008″ release.
And besides, they also offer the best mechanical engineering program, an engineering discipline that involves the application of principles of physics for analysis, design, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems, in the country. So, where else could you and stickman go? If all you need is the best education that you could get from the best learning institution, then Kettering U would be the best option for your engineering and other technical aspirations. Stickman is going there and will probably learn short film-making, too.
